First Step: Coordinating with Laboratory Staff for Precise Testing Procedure and Payment
Reach out to the designated laboratory staff via email or phone according to your sample category, such as agriculture, human food, animal feed, water, or environment. Discuss your sampling and testing requirements with our team. They will guide you on how to properly collect your sample. Alternatively, you may submit your sample by placing it in a sterile container and keeping it in a cool location before bringing it to our laboratory for analysis. Once you meet with our laboratory staff at our office and come to an agreement to the testing parameters and costs, all you have to do is pay the agree-to fees at a designated bank located nearby.
Second Step: Providing Payment Confirmation and Receiving Completion Estimates and the Pickup Date
Submit the payment slip at the office counter and receive information on when the testing will be completed. Once that has been confirmed, simply return on the specified completion date to collect the analysis results.
Ensuring Accuracy and Convenience
We recommend our clients familiarize themselves with our sample collection and storage protocols to ensure accurate results. Alternatively, you have the option to contact us for sample collection from your factory, noting that a service charge will be added to the testing fee.
